The City of Austin's Watershed Protection and Development Review Department will issue a notice to the owner of the stormwater quality facility exhibiting maintenance deficiencies. Failure to comply with this notice in a timely manner may result in criminal penalties and fines of up to $2,000 per day violation.
The City will require your pond be restored to the original design
specifications. Enviroscapes Solutions will contact the City of Austin Development Assistance Center to obtain the proper documents, on your behalf, should you not have copies of your original Site Plan, detailing your pond's specifications.
Enviroscapes Solutions certified staff will work directly with the City of Austin environmental inspectors to resolve all non-compliance issues, set up a re-inspection meeting and clear the stormwater facility non-compliance standing within the specified time frame.
